Welcome to Oval, where I help ambitious professionals design successful careers imbued with professional fulfillment and personal well-being.

Many companies, and law firms in particular, are marked by a sink-or-swim survival attitude where overextension and constant productivity are rewarded, and needing help is seen as a flaw. In this fierce and competitive environment, uncertainty and doubt can cloud your unique strengths and what it is that you truly desire, both professionally and personally. Coaching leads to increased clarity about professional goals, stronger mental fitness to handle challenges, and deeper work engagement, so you can design the professional and personal life that you want.

Join me, and discover what’s possible.

As a coach, I engage my clients by seeing in them things they may not see themselves and by helping them deepen their capacity to hold on to what serves them well, while learning to let go of the rest. My 25 years as a lawyer in private law firm practice allows me to speak knowingly and thoughtfully about working under pressure and in an environment with competing demands and time constraints. I am a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West.
